Blackburn Center: Housing
Blackburn Center offers stable, supportive housing for CCC clients on the path to recovery in a community that understands their particular needs. We also provide housing to patients recovering from a hospital stay through our Recuperative Care Program.
As a Blackburn resident, you benefit from a full range of support services, all in the same building. We offer health care, addiction treatment, case management, employment counseling, eviction prevention and more, in a convenient east side location.

How to get housing
Blackburn’s housing units are currently full. If you don’t need immediate housing and are willing to sign up for addiction treatment, there are three ways to access housing at Blackburn.

Charlette's Story
Homeless and on heroin, Charlette needed a fresh start. But she didn’t expect much when she landed at CCC’s Blackburn Center. That all changed in a matter of hours. With access to addiction treatment, primary care, a safe place to live and peers to support her — all under one roof — Charlette’s transition into recovery was smoother than she imagined.
