Since 2005, Puentes has supported the Latinx/Hispanic community and non-English speakers seeking healing and recovery. At Puentes, you’ll have the support of staff members who share your language, culture, and life experiences. Bilingual and bicultural staff provide counseling and individual treatment plans with our clients’ unique needs in mind.
We provide a variety of treatment levels to adults and young people recovering from substance use. Treatment plans are created with our clients’ unique needs in mind. Services include individual counseling and groups.
We provide mental health counseling for adults with a variety of needs, including depression, anxiety, trauma and numerous life stressors.
We help our clients access other important services such as primary health care, peer mentoring, case management and housing.

We don’t turn anyone away for lack of insurance or inability to pay. We accept Oregon Health Plan, self-pay and some private insurance. Need coverage? We can help you get set up.
Our facilities are clean and safe for in-person visits with your provider. Some Puentes services are available via phone and video appointments. Learn more about our response to the pandemic.
