The CCC Community Development team works on new construction, rehabilitation, tenant improvement projects, commercial improvement projects and capital needs projects on behalf of CCC.

Central City Concern invites bids and proposals for construction and maintenance services, consulting and professional services and goods and supplies.  Any individual or firm may submit bids or proposals. The agency strongly encourages the participation of Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, or Emerging Small Business (MWESB) certified firms and/or intention to subcontract with MWESB certified firms.
