Blackburn Center’s east side recovery program offers compassionate care for substance use disorder, with everything you need all under one roof. Wherever you are on the path to recovery, you’ll have the support of a team of mental health professionals, health care providers and substance-use counselors to support you at each step.
We can help you choose the type of treatment that best fits your needs. Options include:

Our on-site pharmacy makes it easy to get your CCC prescriptions filled. Our knowledgeable pharmacists can answer any questions you have about your medications.
Most of our recovery treatment is in person. Some mental health services may be available by phone or video. Call (971) 361-7700 to schedule a visit.
We don’t turn anyone away for lack of insurance or inability to pay. We accept Oregon Health Plan, Medicare, self-pay and some private insurance. Need coverage? We can help you get set up.
