Established in 2005, Puentes has been dedicated to supporting the Latino/a/e/ Hispanic community and non-English speakers seeking healing and recovery. Puentes addresses the mental health and substance use needs of individuals 18 and older in Multnomah County and surrounding areas, providing personalized care from bicultural and bilingual clinicians who share their clients’ language, cultural background, and life experiences.

Puentes staff create tailored treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual. Treatment is designed for adults and addresses conditions like depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life stressors. These plans include behavioral health services such as:
During treatment, clients may receive case management and referrals for medical, psychiatric, and holistic care. The average length of treatment is six months, depending on individual needs. Clients in recovery experiencing homelessness may qualify for transitional, supportive housing.
Puentes accommodates monolingual and bilingual individuals in English and Spanish.

Puentes specializes in mental health counseling, substance abuse, and DUII treatment for Latino/a/e residents of Multnomah County. Services may also be available to residents of other counties if they are insured. Please call for more information.
