Old Town Clinic offers compassionate, judgement-free treatment for substance use disorder and addiction. Located in the heart of the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, our program includes a team of health care providers and mental health professionals who can provide support.

Program Information

Services

We can help you find the treatment options that best fit your needs, including: 

  • Medication-supported recovery with Suboxone (buprenorphine) 
  • Recovery group therapy 
  • Acupuncture to reduce substance cravings, relieve chronic pain, regulate emotions, lower stress and anxiety, and support overall wellbeing 
  • Consultation with a pharmacist to manage your medication 
  • On-site prescription refills

Our on-site pharmacy makes it easy to get your CCC prescriptions filled. Our knowledgeable pharmacists can answer any questions you have about your medications.

How to Access Care

Most of our recovery care is in person. Primary care and some mental health services are available by phone or video. Call (503) 228-4533 to schedule a visit.

Insurance Information

We don’t turn anyone away for lack of insurance or inability to pay. We accept Oregon Health Plan, Medicare, self-pay and some private insurance. Need coverage? We can help you get set up.
