Alcohol- and drug-free community (ADFC).
Town Center Courtyards is a three-story alcohol- and drug-free community building located in Happy Valley, Oregon. The building features one-, two- and three-bedroom units, some of which have Project-Based Section 8 rent subsidy through the Housing Authority of Clackamas County.
Security deposit is not required.
Pet policy: Pets are not allowed at the Town Center Courtyards. Applicants/tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
Project-Based Section 8 waitlist is managed by the Housing Authority of Clackamas County.
Fair Market (1BR/2BR/3BR) waitlist is managed by CCC. Please note that this building is an alcohol- and drug-free community (ADFC), and ADFC policies apply.
