The Project-based Section 8 waiting list is closed as of 4/12/2021.
Sally McCracken Apartments is a four-story alcohol- and drug-free community building located in downtown Portland. The building consists of single-room occupancy units with shared bathroom facilities. Most units are rent subsidized through project-based Section 8, with residents paying a portion of the rent.
You have two options for submitting your pre-application materials:
Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to IPL@ccconcern.org for non-Section 8 studio units.
In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209. Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols.
Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we strongly encourage applicants to submit pre-application forms by email. CCC will not accept faxed applications or those submitted directly at Sally McCracken Apartments.
Eligibility and screening
A security deposit is not required at the Sally McCracken.
The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.
