Sally McCracken Apartments is a four-story alcohol- and drug-free community building located in downtown Portland. The building consists of single-room occupancy units with shared bathroom facilities. Most units are rent subsidized through project-based Section 8, with residents paying a portion of the rent.

Submitting Your Section 8 Pre-Application Materials

You have two options for submitting your pre-application materials:

Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to sallyapply@ccconcern.org for Section 8 units.
In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209. Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols.

Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we strongly encourage applicants to submit pre-application forms by email. CCC will not accept faxed applications or those submitted directly at Sally McCracken Apartments.

Pets are not allowed at the Sally McCracken Apartments. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

A security deposit is not required at the Sally McCracken.
The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.

Units at Sally McCracken Apartments are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
