The fair market waitlist for the Richard L. Harris Building is currently open.
The Richard L. Harris Building (also known as the “8×8”) is a 12-story alcohol- and drug-free community building located above CCC’s Old Town Clinic in the downtown Portland Pearl District. There are both single-room occupancy and studio units.
In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209. Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols.
Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we strongly encourage applicants to submit pre-application forms by email. CCC will not accept faxed applications or those submitted directly at the Richard L. Harris Building.
Pets are not allowed at the Richard L. Harris Building. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
Eligibility and screening
A security deposit is not required at the Richard L. Harris Building.
The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.
