The Project Based Section 8 waitlist is closed.
To apply, first review the screening and eligibility requirements below, found in Tenant Selection Plan (Section 8) and Building Criteria (Fair Market). Then, submit a pre-application for the unit type you are interested in:
- Richard L. Harris Building Section 8 Tenant Selection Plan
- If you are interested in rent-subsidized units at the Richard L. Harris Building, submit the Section 8 pre-application following the instructions in the section below
- Richard L. Harris Building Fair Market Building Criteria
- If you are interested in rent restricted units without subsidy at the Richard L. Harris Building, submit the Fair Market pre-application following the instructions in the section below.
- Applicants currently working with a program listed on the Partner Agency may submit a Partner Agency Referral Form once completed and signed by the program. Submittal of Partner Agency Referral form is optional, but provides an applicant preference of the waiting list.
