We’re now accepting pre-applications for Project-based Section 8 ADFC subsidized units. The Pre-application is completed by the applicant, Meridian-Garden-S8-SRO.Studio-Pre-App. The PSH Eligibility Screening PSH-Screening-Criteria.pdf is completed by an agency that can attest to the information in that document. Both documents be submitted together in order to be placed on the waitlist, no exceptions.
Interested applicants should review the full eligibility and screening information in the Meridian Gardens Tenant Selection Plan. Please note:
- All applicants are required to submit an ADFC verification no later than time of move-in. This document will be completed by a program of recovery and attest to the applicants continued program participation and 30-day clean time. All applicants must pass a urinalysis during their intake appointment to be accepted at Meridian Gardens.
- Meridian Gardens Section 8 SRO and Studio units have a preference for referrals made from established Preference Partner organizations.
- For a full list of organizations able to provide preference, please refer to our Preference Partner Agency List (to be released early September 2024).
- There is no screening fee or security deposit for PSH units at Meridian Gardens. CCC will, however, complete a criminal conviction background screening and rental history check.
