Meridian Gardens

First, review the Tenant Selection Plan.

If you’re interested in ADFC rent-subsidized units at Meridian Gardens, submit your completed and signed pre-application materials. This includes:

• Project-Based Section 8 Pre-Application (completed by applicant)
• PSH Eligibility Screening (completed by an agency that can attest to the information in the document)
• Project-Based Section 8 Referral Preference
  • This is not required; however, applicants who submit this completed and signed form from a program listed on the Partner Agency List will receive preference on the waitlist.
  • Applicants without this referral will not have a preference on the waitlist.
• All documents  be submitted together in order to be placed on the waitlist. No exceptions.

You can submit your materials in one of the following ways:

• In-person: Drop off at the CCC Housing Office, 523 NW Everett St., Portland, OR 97209.

Note: There is no screening fee or security deposit for PSH units at Meridian Gardens. CCC will, however, complete a criminal conviction background screening and rental history check.

First, review the Building Criteria. These units will be available to those earning between 30-50% of the Area Median Income.

If you’re interested in rent restricted units without subsidy at Meridian Gardens, submit your completed and signed Fair Market Pre-Application in one of the following ways:

• Email: Send to meridianapply@ccconcern.org.
• In-person: Drop off at the CCC Housing Office, 523 NW Everett St., Portland, OR 97209.

Note: There is no security deposit for Fair Market units at Meridian Gardens. CCC will, however, charge a screening fee to complete a criminal background and rental history check.
