The Medford Hotel is a three-story historic alcohol- and drug-free community located in the Old Town neighborhood of downtown Portland. The building consists of 61 single-room occupancy units. Tenants are referred to Central City Concern through the Multnomah County Department of Community Justice.
Schools: Buckman Elementary School (1.5 miles), Hosford Middle School (3.0 miles), Cleveland High School (3.3 miles)
Parks: Holladay Park (0.6 mile), Tom McCall Waterfront Park (0.7 mile)

There is no waitlist for the Medford Hotel.
Applicants are referred by Multnomah County Department of Community Justice.
Pets are not allowed at the Medford Hotel. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
Eligibility and screening
A security deposit is not required at the Medford Hotel.
