Madrona Studios is a five-story building located in the Lloyd District of NE Portland. There are fair market, rent subsidized (Section 8 and HUD McKinney) and program units.

Central City Concern Housing will open its Project Based Section 8 Studio units waiting lists for Madrona Studios Condo A on Thursday, May 4th, 2023 at 8:00am PST, Waitlist closed on Tuesday May 9th at 10:49 AM PST . All pre-applications received the first day of opening will be randomized for placement on the respective waiting list. The waiting list will remain open until 100 pre-applications have been received.

Units at the Madrona Studios are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. https://www.oregon.gov/ohcs/compliance-monitoring/Documents/rents-incomes/2022/LIHTC/Multnomah.pdf  Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit.
