Fair Market (No Subsidy) waiting list for the Madrona Studios will open on Wednesday June 14th at 8:00 am PDT. Rent for a studio unit is $633.00 and income limit is at 50% (Please see income limits below) The waiting list will remain open until it reaches a total of 25 applicants. Applications are randomized 1st day on waitlist opening and taken in order thereafter. Pre-application attached along with referral agencies.

Pets are not allowed at the Madrona Studios. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

A security deposit is not required at the Madrona Studios.

Units at the Madrona Studios are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. https://www.oregon.gov/ohcs/compliance-monitoring/Documents/rents-incomes/2023/LIHTC/Multnomah.pdf Multnomah (Tax Credit 2023) Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit.
