 Madrona Studios Condo A Fair Market (No-Subsidy) waitlist will open     on Wednesday, June 14th, 2023 at 8:00am PST.  This waitlist closed on 6/22/2023 @ 3:45 PM PST. 

Project Based Section 8 Studio wait-list closed Tuesday May 9th, 2023 at 10:49AM PST. 

Madrona Studios is a five-story building located in the Lloyd District of NE Portland. There are fair market, rent subsidized (Section 8 and HUD McKinney) and program units.

Fair Market (No Subsidy) waiting list for the Madrona Studios will open on Wednesday June 14th at 8:00 am PDT. Rent for a studio unit is $633.00 and income limit is at 50% (Please see income limits below)  The waiting list will remain open until it reaches a total of 25 applicants. Applications are randomized 1st day on waitlist opening and taken in order thereafter. Pre-application attached along with referral agencies.

  • A security deposit is not required at the Madrona Studios.

Units at the Madrona Studios are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. Multnomah (Tax Credit 2023)  Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit.
