Interstate Crossing is a three-story alcohol- and drug-free community located in the Arbor Lodge neighborhood of North Portland, consisting of two-bedroom units. All units have Project-Based Section 8 rent subsidy, with tenants paying a portion of their income toward rent.

All applications received on the first day the waitlist opens will be randomly ordered. After that, applications are accepted in the order they are received. The waitlist will remain open until we receive 100 pre-applications.

How to Apply

If the waitlist is open, first review the screening and eligibility requirements listed in the Tenant Selection Plan.

Only submit a pre-application if you have checked and meet these requirements. If you do, please submit your completed and signed Project-Based Section 8 Pre-Application in one of the following ways:

  • Email: Send to fanapply@ccconcern.org.
  • In-person: Drop off at the CCC Housing Office, 523 NW Everett St., Portland, OR 97209

Note: You may receive preference on the waitlist if a Family ADFC Network (FAN) partner organization refers you. These organizations have the required forms and will submit referrals for eligible pre-applicants as needed.
