Hill Park Apartments is a three-story apartment building in the South Portland Lair Hill neighborhood and conveniently located near transit and services. Hill Park consists of both studio and one-bedroom apartments, some of which are subsidized through project-based Section 8.

The Hill Park Apartments Section 8 waitlist is currently closed. Pre-application materials will be available here when the waitlist is open.

The optional Hill Park Apartments Program Referral Form is for applicants that can demonstrate completion or pending graduation from a supportive transitional program or the CCC Employment Access Center (EAC). When accepted, the form grants preference on the waiting list. The form must be completed and signed by the program.

Hill Park Apartments Rent for a Studio unit is $854.00 plus utilities and income limit are at 60% Hill Park Apartment rent for a 1-bedroom unit is $892.00 plus utilities and income limit are at 60% (Please see attached income limits) Income Limit 2023 We will only be taking 30 Studio applications and 30 1-bedroom applications. Pre-Applying to the Hill Park Apartments Studio and 1-bdrm Fair Market Waitlist

There are two options for submitting your pre-application when the waitlist is open:

Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to by email cccsec8wait@ccconcern.org
In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209.

Pets are not allowed at the Hill Park Apartments. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

Eligibility and screening

A security deposit is not required at the Hill Park Apartments.
