The fair market waitlist for the Henry is open.

The historic Henry Building is a six-story building in downtown Portland, conveniently located near multiple bus and MAX lines and in close proximity to services. The Henry reopened in 2020 after undergoing a seismic rehab. All units now feature new fixtures and appliances. All units are single-room occupancy with shared bathroom facilities.

You have two options for submitting your pre-application materials:

  • Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to IPL@ccconcern.org.
  • In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209. Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols. 

Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we strongly encourage applicants to submit pre-application forms by email. CCC will not accept faxed applications or those submitted directly at the Henry.f

  • Pets are not allowed at the Henry Building.  Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

Eligibility and screening

  • A security deposit is not required at the Henry Building.

Units at the Henry Building are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit.
