After the 6/23/23 closure, CCC Housing will decommission the IPL and change up the process for renting out fair market units (income/rent restricted units without subsidy attached) starting in early July 2023.  Changes include individual/per property waitlists, more routine purging of lists, and updated Building Criteria for each participating building. These changes will give staff the ability to respond more efficiently to applicants and provide more meaningful timelines for accessing housing in CCC’s downtown portfolio.

To allay any concerns, existing applicants on the IPL will be transitioned over to the property waitlists they originally applied for and will retain the same pre-application date and time of submittal.  Put another way, existing applicants on the waitlist will not be put at any disadvantage as a result of the change.

More information will follow by email and on our website when the change has been made.  Please reach out if there are any questions in the meantime.
