The Golden West is a five-story historic building located in the Old Town neighborhood of NW Portland, consisting of 73 single-room occupancy units. All units are subsidized through CCC’s Housing Rapid Response Program or Community Engagement Program.

There is no waitlist for the Golden West.

Applicants are referred by Housing Rapid Response through the Service Coordination Team (managed by Portland Police Bureau) or Community Engagement Program at CCC’s Old Town Recovery Center.
