The fair market waitlist for the Estate Hotel is open.  The Employment Recovery Program (ERP) waitlist is closed as of 5:00pm 3/16/2022.

The Estate Hotel is a six-story alcohol- and drug-free community  located in the Old Town neighborhood of downtown Portland. The Estate Hotel is home to several CCC programs. There are fair market (rent restricted but with no rent subsidy) single-room occupancy and studio units, and also program-based single-room occupancy units.

You have two options for submitting your pre-application materials:

  • Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to IPL@ccconcern.org.
  • In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209. Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols. 

Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we strongly encourage applicants to submit pre-application forms by email. CCC will not accept applications  submitted directly at the Estate Hotel.

Pets are not allowed at the Estate Hotel.  Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

Eligibility and screening

  • A security deposit is not required at the Estate Hotel.
  • The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.

Units at the Estate Hotel are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
