Crescent Court Apartments is a new development managed by Quantum Residential and co-owed by Central City Concern and Related Northwest.  Opening in May 2022, the building will contain 138 studio, one, two and three bedroom units with maximum income and rents capped at 30% and 60% of median family income (MFI).  Seven of the 30%MFI are reserved as Permanent Supportive Housing for applicants referred through Coordinated Access. The remaining 131 units are open to the general public, who may apply through Quantum Residential when the waitlist is open.
