All Chez Ami referrals are managed by the Clackamas County Coordinated Housing Access. Referrals (for both fair market and PBV’s) go through the Clackamas County Coordinated Housing Access, information on applying for referrals can be found here.
Chez Ami is a two story alcohol- and drug-free community located in Happy Valley, Oregon. All of the studio units at Chez Ami are rent subsidized with tenants paying rent based on their income, offering services through Clackamas County Behavioral Health.
The waitlist for Section 8 units is managed by Clackamas County Coordinated Housing Access (CHA).

Pets are not allowed at Chez Ami. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
Units at the Chez Ami are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Clackamas County. Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit. Click here for information to help you determine the maximum income limit.
