The fair market studio waitlist for Cedar Commons is closed as of Wednesday, August 11th, 2021 at 5:00pm PDT.

Cedar Commons is Central City Concern’s newest building, located in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood of SE Portland. This three-story 60-unit building consists of 40 single room occupancy (SRO) units and 20 studio units. The 20 studios are fair market units, rent restricted but without rental subsidies. The SRO units are by referral only as permanent supportive housing.

The fair market studio waitlist will close on Wednesday, August 11th, 5:00pm PDT.

We’ll be accepting pre-applications for fair market (rent restricted, but no rent subsidy attached) studio units at Cedar Commons. To be considered for the waiting list, submit your completed and signed Cedar Commons Pre-Application to IPL@ccconcern.org once the waitlist is open.

You have two options for submitting your pre-application materials:

  • Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to IPL@ccconcern.org.
  • In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209. Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols.

Note: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we strongly encourage applicants to submit pre-application forms by email. CCC will not accept applications those submitted directly at Cedar Commons.
