Cambridge Court is a two-story alcohol- and drug-free community  located in the Humboldt neighborhood of North Portland. The building consists entirely of two-bedroom units. All units have project-based Section 8 rent subsidy, with tenants paying a portion of their income toward rent.

Central City Concern is accepting pre-applications for units with project-based Section 8 subsidy at Cambridge Court.  To be considered for the waiting list, submit your completed and signed Cambridge Court Section 8 Pre-Application either in-person or by email as follows:

In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland, OR  97209.  Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols.

Applicants may receive preference on the waiting list if referred by a Family ADFC Network (FAN) partner organization.  Each organization on the list will have the forms necessary to confer preference on the waitlist and will refer pre-applicants as needed.

Eligibility and screening

  • A security deposit is not required at Cambridge Court.
  • The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.

Units at the Cambridge Court are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
