If the waitlist is open, first review the screening and eligibility requirements listed in the Tenant Selection Plan.

Only submit a pre-application if you have checked and meet these requirements. If you do, please submit your completed and signed Cambridge Court Section 8 Pre-Application in one of the following ways:

Applicants may receive preference on the waitlist if they are referred by a Family ADFC Network (FAN) partner organization. Each organization on the list will have the necessary forms to request waitlist preference and will refer pre-applicants as needed.
