The Biltmore Hotel is a three-story apartment building located in the Old Town neighborhood of downtown Portland. All units are single-room occupancy with shared bathroom facilities. Most units are rent subsidized through project-based Section 8, with residents paying a portion of the rent.
Public transportation: Centrally located in downtown Portland. Multiple bus/MAX routes available in walking distance.
Grocery stores: Old Town Grocery (0.3 miles), Safeway (0.9 miles), Whole Foods Market (0.4 miles)
Parks: North Park Blocks (0.1 mile), Tom McCall Waterfront Park (0.5 mile)
Health facilities: Old Town Clinic (0.2 mile), Old Town Recovery Center (0.2 mile), Providence Medical Facility (1.2 miles), OHSU Hospital (2.5 miles)
Other: Portland Farmers Market at Portland State University (0.8 mile)

To apply, first review the screening and eligibility requirements below, found in Tenant Selection Plan (Section 8) and Building Criteria (Fair Market). Then, submit a pre-application for the unit type you are interested in:
In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209.
Note: CCC strongly encourages applicants to submit pre-application forms by email so there is a electronic record and we can provide a receipt. CCC will not accept faxed applications or those submitted directly at the Biltmore Hotel.
Pets are not allowed at the Biltmore Hotel. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
Eligibility and screening
A security deposit is not required at the Biltmore.
