The Biltmore Hotel is a three-story apartment building located in the Old Town neighborhood of downtown Portland. All units are single-room occupancy with shared bathroom facilities. Most units are rent subsidized through project-based Section 8, with residents paying a portion of the rent.

If you are interested in a Fair Market Unit (No Subsidy) submit the Biltmore SRO FM pre-application following the instruction in the section below

Submitting Your Section 8 Pre-Application Materials:

Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to biltmoreapply@ccconcern.org for Fair Market and Section 8 units.
In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209.

Note: CCC strongly encourages applicants to submit pre-application forms by email so there is a electronic record and we can provide a receipt. CCC will not accept faxed applications or those submitted directly at the Biltmore Hotel.

Pets are not allowed at the Biltmore Hotel. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

Eligibility and screening

A security deposit is not required at the Biltmore.

Units at the Biltmore are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit. Click here for information to help you determine the maximum income limit.
