Ankeny Square Apartments is a seven-story alcohol- and drug-free community located in downtown Portland. The building consists of single-room occupancy and studio units. Most units are rent subsidized through project-based Section 8, with residents paying a portion of the rent.

You have two options for submitting your Section 8 pre-application materials:

  • Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to ankenyapply@ccconcern.org for Section 8 units.
  • In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209.

Pets are not allowed at Ankeny Square.  Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

Eligibility and screening

  • A security deposit is not required at Ankeny Square.
  • The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.

Units at Ankeny Square are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
