Ankeny Square Apartments is a seven-story alcohol- and drug-free community located in downtown Portland. The building consists of single-room occupancy and studio units. Most units are rent subsidized through project-based Section 8, with residents paying a portion of the rent.
Parks: South Park Blocks (0.5 miles), Tom McCall Waterfront Park (0.5 miles)
Health facilities: Old Town Clinic (0.1 mile), Old Town Recovery Center (0.1 mile), Providence Medical Facility (1.5 miles), OHSU Hospital (2.3 miles)
Other: Portland Farmers Market at Portland State University (0.5 miles)

Submitting your Section 8 SRO Pre-Application Materials
You have two options for submitting your Section 8 pre-application materials:
Email. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials to email@example.com for Section 8 units.
In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 NW Everett St., Portland OR, 97209.

Pets are not allowed at Ankeny Square. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
Eligibility and screening
A security deposit is not required at Ankeny Square.
The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.
