The FAN waitlist for Alpha Apartments will open August 5th, 2021 at 8:00am PDT and close at 5:00pm the same day.

The Alpha Apartments is a single story alcohol- and drug-free community (ADFC) located in the Rockwood neighborhood in Gresham, consisting of one- and two-bedroom units. All units are subsidized through the Family ADFC Network (FAN) program, with residents paying a portion of the rent.

The FAN 1 and 2 bedroom waitlist will open Thursday August 5th, 2021 at 8am and close at 5pm PDT.

To be considered for the waitlist, please read the Building Criteria and submit your completed and signed Alpha Apartments FAN Pre-Application to the CCC Housing Office or by fax.  Applicants referred by an organization on the Alpha Apartments Partner Agency List will receive waitlist preference.  More information can be found below.

You have two options for submitting your FAN pre-application materials:

  • Fax. Send your completed and signed pre-application materials by fax to 503-595-0109.
  • In-person. Bring your completed and signed pre-application materials to the CCC Housing Office at 523 Everett St., Portland, OR 97209.  Application intake will be held outside, following physical distancing protocols.

Eligibility and screening

  • A security deposit is not required at the Alpha Apartments.
  • The building is an alcohol- and drug- free community.

Units at the Alpha Apartments are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit. Click here for information to help you determine the maximum income limit.
