This waitlist will open on Thursday 1/11/2024 at 8AM PST. 

The Alpha Apartments is a single story alcohol- and drug-free community (ADFC) located in the Rockwood neighborhood in Gresham, consisting of one- and two-bedroom units. All units are subsidized through the Family ADFC Network (FAN) program, with residents paying a portion of the rent.

Central City Concern is opening the Family Alcohol and Drug Free Network (FAN) program waitlist for Alpha Apartments.  ADFC requirements apply. The waitlist will open on Thursday, January 11th, 2024 at 8:00 am PDT and close once 100 application have been received. All pre-applications received will be randomized for placement on the waitlist.
