Crescent Court Apartments is a development managed by Quantum Residential and co-owned by Central City Concern and Related Northwest. Opened in May 2022, the building includes 138 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with maximum income and rents capped at 30% and 60% of median family income (MFI).
Seven of the 30% MFI units are reserved as Permanent Supportive Housing for applicants referred through Coordinated Access. The remaining 131 units are open to the general public, who may apply through Quantum Residential when the waitlist is open.
Maximum two pets are allowed at Crescent Court Apartments. Please contact for breed restrictions.

Units at the Crescent Court Apartments are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit.
