The waitlist for Alpha Apartments is under the Family Alcohol and Drug Free Network (FAN) program. Alcohol- and Drug-Free Community (ADFC) requirements apply. If the waitlist opens, it will close after 100 applications are received. All pre-applications will be randomized for placement on the waitlist.

Eligibility and Screening

• A security deposit is not required at the Alpha Apartments.
• The building is an alcohol- and drug- free community.

Units at the Alpha Apartments are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
