The Project-Based Section 8 SRO waitlist is closed. Applications for the PBV Section 8 can no longer be accepted.
The Fair Market SRO waitlist will open on Wednesday March 4th at 8:00 AM PST. The Fair Market SRO waitlist will close after 50 applications have been received.
Ankeny Square Apartments is a seven-story alcohol- and drug-free community located in downtown Portland. The building consists of single-room occupancy and studio units. Most units are rent subsidized through Project-Based Section 8, with residents paying a portion of the rent.
Security deposit is not required.
Pet policy: Pets are not allowed at Ankeny Square. Applicants/Tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
