The Golden West is a five-story historic building located in the Old Town neighborhood of NW Portland, consisting of 73 single-room occupancy units. All units are subsidized through CCC’s Housing Rapid Response Program or Community Engagement Program.
Pets are not allowed at the Golden West. Applicants/tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.
Applicants are referred by Housing Rapid Response through the Service Coordination Team (managed by Portland Police Bureau) or Community Engagement Program at CCC’s Old Town Recovery Center.

Golden West rent for an SRO unit is $430.00 and income limit are at 40% (please see attached for income limits).
