Henry Building

The historic Henry Building is a six-story building in downtown Portland, conveniently located near multiple bus and MAX lines and in close proximity to services. The Henry reopened in 2020 after undergoing a seismic rehab. All units now feature new fixtures and appliances. All units are single-room occupancy with shared bathroom facilities.

If the waitlist is open, first review the screening and eligibility requirements listed in the Building Criteria.

Only submit a pre-application if you have checked and meet these requirements. If you do, please submit your completed and signed pre-application using the following materials:

• In-person: Drop off at the CCC Housing Office, 523 NW Everett St., Portland, OR 97209.

Note: CCC strongly encourages applicants to submit pre-application materials by email so there is a electronic record and we can provide a receipt. CCC will not accept faxed applications or those submitted directly at the Henry.
