All applications received on the first day the waitlist opens will be randomly ordered. After that, applications are accepted in the order they are received. The waitlist will remain open until we receive 100 pre-applications.

How to Apply

If a waitlist is open, first review the screening and eligibility requirements in the Tenant Selection Plan. Then, submit your completed and signed Interstate Crossing Section 8 Pre-Application in one of the following ways:

  • Email: Send to cccsec8wait@ccconcern.org.
  • In-person: Drop off at the CCC Housing Office, 523 NW Everett St., Portland, OR 97209

Note: You may receive preference on the waitlist if a Family ADFC Network (FAN) partner organization refers you. These organizations have the required forms and will submit referrals for eligible pre-applicants as needed.

Eligibility and Screening

  • A security deposit is not required at Interstate Crossing.
  • The building is an alcohol- and drug-free community.
  • For more information on screening requirements, refer to the Interstate Crossing Tenant Selection Plan.

Units at Interstate Crossing are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit. Click here for information to help you determine the maximum income limit.
