Alcohol- and drug-free community (ADFC).
The Rose Wood Apartments is a two-story, 36 unit alcohol- and drug-free community located in the Hollywood District in Northeast Portland. The Rose Wood consists of both studio and one-bedroom units that received program or Project-Based Section 8 rent subsidy. Rose Wood is only available to households that are receiving supportive services because of disabilities that interfere with their ability to obtain and maintain themselves in housing.
Security deposit is not required.
Pet policy: Pets are not allowed at the Rose Wood Apartments. Applicants/tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

If the waitlist is open, first review the screening and eligibility requirements listed in the Tenant Selection Plan.
