The Employment Recovery Program (ERP) waitlist is closed.
The Estate Hotel is a six-story, alcohol- and drug-free community located in Portland’s Old Town neighborhood. It houses several CCC programs and offers a mix of fair market-rate single-room occupancy and studio units, as well as program-based single-room occupancy units. The fair market units are rent-restricted but do not receive rent subsidies.
Pets are not allowed at the Estate Hotel. Applicants/tenants may request service or assistance animals as a reasonable accommodation when necessary to support a verified disability. All requests are subject to management approval.

The Estate Hotel’s alcohol- and drug-free community (ADFC) requires residents to provide verification of at least 90 days of recovery/sobriety before moving in.
The waiting list will remain open until further notice. You may apply in person at 523 NW Everett St, Portland OR 97209 or through estateapply@ccconcern.org.

Units at the Estate Hotel are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County. Households must earn annual income below the corresponding %MFI to be eligible for the unit. Click here for information to help you determine the maximum income limit.
