The Employment Recovery Program (ERP) waitlist is closed as of 5:00pm 3/16/2022.

 

The Estate Hotel is a six-story alcohol- and drug-free community  located in the Old Town neighborhood of downtown Portland. The Estate Hotel is home to several CCC programs. There are fair market (rent restricted but with no rent subsidy) single-room occupancy and studio units, and also program-based single-room occupancy units.

Estate Hotel ADFC requirement (Alcohol drug free community)  will need to provide 90 Recovery /Sobriety verification prior to move in.  Rent for an SRO unit is $460.00 and income limit are at HERA 40%-Estate Hotel rent for a Studio unit is $621.00 and income limit are at HERA 50% (Please see attached income limits) Multnomah-Tax-Credit-2023.pdf The waiting list will remain open until further notice. Units at the Estate Hotel are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
