b'CCCs first housing development specifically serving those with severe mental illness, offering onsite clinical services as part of our wraparound care. The other will provide affordable and supportive housing for low- and very low-income families, communities of color, immigrants and refugees. We deepened our work in equity, inclusion, and anti-racist values and practices. While we continued working with our teams and community partners to close unacceptable gaps in access and outcomes for Black, Indigenous and people of color, we also took intentional and affirmative action to identify and change systems perpetuating oppression and discrimination. And this work goes on. Despite the challenges 2020 brought, I see so much hope for the future. What we have all shared, at CCC and in our community, is the realization that were in this together; what affects one person anywhere affects everyone everywhere. There has been no more poignant or critical reminder that the health and wellbeing of the most impacted among us is a determining factor for the health of us all.How we react and respond speaks to the humanity we all hold. The generosity from our friends, community and partners has spoken volumes.
