Bạn được mời tham gia “Inside the Mission” năm 2024
Thứ ba, Tháng hai 6, 2024Central City Concern (CCC) is proud to present our second year of Inside the Mission!
Inside the Mission is a three-part series of engaging conversations with CCC’s leaders alongside experts in the field. During these events, we dig into the most difficult issues impacting homelessness in our region.
This year, we’re exploring:
- How employment and income can tangibly boost someone out of homelessness;
- Our “silver tsunami” (are we ready?) and;
- Meeting people where they are – how to go from offering bricks and mortar service to launching street-based medicine and mobile medical care.
Inside the Mission shines a light on the ways CCC makes a tangible difference. These conversations gather supporters for dynamic discussions with a balance between systems-level and on-the-ground perspectives. We know our community has questions about homelessness and Inside the Mission is a hopeful place to find answers.

People experiencing homelessness are constantly on the move. This can make traditional location-based service delivery challenging. At CCC, we’re evolving our model to meet people in more diverse settings and locations. Our care system needs to ủng hộ both traditional (“bricks and mortar”) and non-traditional shelter and service pathways. Learn how we’re piloting a Mobile Health program and expanding our community outreach to creatively address Portland’s homelessness crisis.
