The fair market waiting list will open Monday, May 10th, 2021.

Cedar Commons is Central City Concern’s newest building, located in the Powellhurst-Gilbert neighborhood of SE Portland. This three-story 60-unit building consists of 40 single room occupancy (SRO) units and 20 studio units. The 20 studios are fair market units, rent restricted but without rental subsidies. The SRO units are by referral only as permanent supportive housing. Cedar Commons is anticipated to open June 7, 2021.

The waiting list will open Monday, May 10th, 2021 at 8:00am.

We’ll be accepting pre-applications for fair market (rent restricted, but no rent subsidy attached) studio units at Cedar Commons. To be considered for the waiting list, submit your completed and signed Cedar Commons Pre-Application a IPL@ccconcern.org once the waitlist is open.

  • A security deposit is not required at Cedar Commons
  • For more information on screening requirements, refer to the Cedar Commons Building Criteria.

Units at Cedar Commons are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income (%MFI) for Multnomah County.
